Melissa joined Polikov Recruitment Solutions in 2005 bringing with her over 10 years of executive administration and human resource experience.

Along with the daily operations of the firm, she is also responsible for finance, IT, metrics, human resources and internet research.  She has been the lead in many of our Company’s large projects and has assisted in creating and implementing processes and procedures.  This makes Melissa an integral part of the Polikov Recruitment Solutions team.

Melissa is also very involved in the efforts to continue to grow the firm and is continuously searching for new technology to help do so.

Outside of work Melissa loves playing tennis, spending time with her husband, Nathan and daughter Amelia, taking road trips, listening to music and crafting.
