Contingency Search.

  • You do not owe us any fees unless you hire one of our candidates.
  • Our Recruiters will search for qualified candidates and present them to you with a resume and professional summary.
  • We work as partners with you in finding the best candidates, making sure that it is the right fit for both you and them.
  • Typically, contingency searches are for roles up to $150k salary.

Retained Search

  • Filling your position is our number 1 priority.
  • Now many senior-level candidates ask if the search is retained before they will listen to the opportunity.
  • We charge an up-front fee and a fee after the presentation of candidates; this allows us to devote the time and resources needed to deliver the best results in the least amount of time.
  • Typically, retained searches are for roles above $150k salary

Engaged Search

  • This is a hybrid option between contingency and retained.
  • We charge an up-front fee that is deducted from the final placement fee, which gives higher priority to your search.
  • This is a great option if you have multiple positions you need us to fill.
  • Engaged searches help us fill your positions more quickly.
